Looking more like a Japanese shrine than a traditional Chinese temple, Che Kung Temple is perhaps the most unusual of the temples in the Tai Wai area. Hong Kong Heritage Museum, the walled village of Tsang Tai Uk and Sha Tin Racecourse are all within two kilometers (one mile) of the hotel.
